NON-FURNITURE SHIPPING: 

Non-furniture items purchased on the Maetiques website will ship within 2-3 weeks unless stated otherwise. If you require a faster turnaround, please mention this during purchase, we are happy to accommodate.

FURNITURE SHIPPING: 

At Maetiques, every piece of furniture we source is unique in size, weight, and fragility. To ensure your antiques arrive safely, we work exclusively with trusted third-party professional shippers who specialize in handling fine furniture and antiques.

Shipping Costs

  • At checkout, furniture shipping will always display as “Free” — this is only a placeholder.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be invoiced separately within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • For a tailored furniture quote once items go live, please complete our Custom Delivery Form 
  • You may purchase before receiving your shipping quote; however, items will not be held or reserved while quotes are being finalized.
  • Quotes are typically returned within 24 hours of form submission or purchase.
  • Most deliveries range between $200–$800, depending on distance, scale, and accessibility.
  • All buyers are responsible for delivery costs.

Delivery Quotes & Scheduling

  • We partner with independent third-party delivery teams that operate on regional delivery routes — not directly controlled by Maetiques.
  • Because of this, delivery timelines vary based on your location and where you fall on the route.
  • Turnaround times typically range from 4 to 24 weeks.
  • While we advocate for efficient service, Maetiques does not control or guarantee exact delivery dates outside of what the shipper provides.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been collected by a driver, we’ll notify you right away. You can then expect the following process:

  1. Estimated Delivery Window
    • We provide an updated estimated timeframe once the driver has collected your items.
    • Delivery order is based on geography and efficiency of the driver’s multi-stop route.
  2. Advance Notice
    • Drivers will contact you 24–48 hours prior to confirm delivery and provide a 3-hour cushion arrival time.
  3. White Glove Service
    • Upon arrival, drivers will unwrap and place your items in your home exactly where you’d like them.
  4. Insurance Coverage
    • All deliveries include insurance, so your antiques arrive safe, sound, and studio-worthy.
    • If any issue arises, notify Maetiques immediately so we can assist with resolution.

Important Notes

  • Delivery delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or route changes. These are outside of Maetiques’ control.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
  • We remain in close contact with our drivers and with you throughout the process to ensure clear communication at every step.
