A beautiful antique French ink drawing depicting a classical allegorical scene with a draped female figure, putti, urns, architectural fragments, and a distant landscape. The composition has the feel of an academic or master-study work, likely inspired by the decorative language of 18th-century French artists and engravers — the kind of mythological, pastoral imagery associated with Rococo and Neoclassical interiors.
The drawing is finely executed in linear ink, with careful attention to drapery, classical forms, and ornamental detail.
