A refined pair of French bedside tables in classic Louis XVI taste, balancing delicate architecture with practical scale. Each table features a white marble top framed by a pierced brass gallery — a detail originally intended to keep small objects from slipping, now simply adding that unmistakable French finish.
The warm mahogany-toned wood is accented with subtle brass string inlay and raised on tall, fluted legs capped with brass sabots, giving the pair an elegant lightness rarely found in storage pieces. Three drawers per table provide useful bedside storage while maintaining a narrow, airy profile.
They work beautifully as nightstands but would also be striking flanking a settee, in an entry, or layered into a salon wall — tailored without feeling formal.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
