A beautifully constructed French Louis XVI style console table featuring a shaped white marble top surrounded by an elegant pierced brass gallery. The warm wood frame is accented throughout with brass detailing, including inset trim around the drawer, decorative rosette ring pulls, brass collars and capped feet.

The single wide drawer offers generous storage, while the lower shelf adds both function and beautiful architectural balance. Fluted corner blocks, slender tapered legs and the softly shaped marble top give the piece the refined proportions associated with Louis XVI design without feeling overly formal.

The quality of construction is exceptional, and the combination of warm wood, aged brass and softly veined marble makes this an incredibly versatile piece for an entryway, living room, dining room or beneath a favorite work of art.

The marble retains slight expected age-related staining, beautifully consistent with its history and use.

The wood, brass, drawer, and lower shelf present beautifully with only very light age-related wear, finish variation, and patina. The marble top shows slight expected staining and subtle surface variation consistent with age and use. Brass gallery, trim, pulls, collars, and feet retain attractive patina. As with all antique furniture, expect minor signs of age, use, movement, and imperfection consistent with its history.

Quotes will be returned to you within 24 hours per request or after purchase. Most furniture shipments will be within the range of $200 - $800.

All furniture items will have a 4-8 week turn around depending on your location and our driver's route.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
