A French agricultural competition plaque awarded in 1989 at the Concours de Bestiaux in Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon, recognizing First Prize (1er Prix) for young heifers raised for finishing (génisses grasses, 2–4 teeth).
Finished in a rich forest green enamel with raised gold lettering and ornate edging, this plaque has strong visual weight while remaining firmly rooted in agricultural tradition. The colorway is particularly striking — darker, moodier, and slightly less common than the red or blue examples.
Originally displayed with pride, it now functions beautifully as graphic wall art. Ideal for a kitchen, wine room, study, or layered gallery wall. The typography, date, and wear give it that perfect balance of history and presence.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
