A beautifully executed antique French academic figure study depicting a classical male nude with drapery, rendered in graphite on warm, naturally aged paper.
The drawing has the quiet precision of a traditional atelier study, with delicate linework, subtle shading, and careful attention to anatomy and classical proportion. The paper has developed a wonderful soft patina over time, adding depth and warmth to the piece.
