A beautifully crafted French caned magazine rack featuring double paneled cane sides within sculpted wood frames and resting on elegant cabriole legs.
The silhouette is architectural — note the stepped crest rail and the dimensional carved trim running vertically along each side. The lower apron features a twisted rope-style detail, adding movement and depth. Even the leg blocks are framed with subtle paneling, showing the level of craftsmanship throughout.
The caning is tightly woven and framed on both sides, creating structure while still feeling airy and light. The proportions are generous enough to hold large art books, records, or folios, yet refined enough to sit beside a bergère, desk, or fireplace. Or, even in your bathroom to hold towels/blankets.

All furniture items will have a 4-8 week turn around depending on your location and our driver's route.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
