A wonderfully expressive vintage artist’s paint palette, covered in layers of dried paint from years of studio use. The surface has a beautiful mix of color, texture, and movement, with built-up areas of pigment in soft blues, greens, creams, reds, ochres, and darker moody tones.
The palette itself is made of wood with a thumb hole and shaped edge, giving it that classic working-artist form. The reverse shows the natural wood grain with age-related marks and wear, while the front carries all the character of a well-used studio piece.
A charming decorative object for an easel, shelf, gallery wall, studio, bookcase, or layered vignette. It has that collected French atelier feeling — simple, creative, and full of life.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. Surface has heavy dried paint buildup, scratches, marks, stains, and general signs of use. Wood shows wear and patina throughout. Sold as found.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If you have any questions about the condition or details of a piece, please email us in advance of your purchase as we are always happy to provide more information including detailed pictures and videos. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask questions prior to purchasing an item. All sales are final.
