A charming vintage French oil painting capturing a quiet Parisian garden framed by rows of closely pruned trees and softly layered city buildings. Painted in a loose, expressive hand, the scene is built from powdery blues, lavender, blush, ochre, and fresh green, giving it the gentle atmosphere of an early spring morning in Paris.
The artist’s softened forms and visible brushwork lend the composition an almost dreamlike quality, while the rooftops and façades rising beyond the garden create a wonderful sense of place. Presented in a simple, timeworn gilt frame that complements the warmth of the painting without distracting from it.

All Maetiques items are considered final sale and sold in, "as-is" condition. Our items are extremely old and have had a prior life, which leads to imperfections. We will always point out major flaws, but due to the nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
