A charming vintage silverplate service bell with a rounded domed top, beaded detailing around the base, and a small push knob at the top. The piece has that lovely old hotel, shop counter, or French café feeling — practical, playful, and full of character.
The underside is marked with a small diamond-shaped “B.B” stamp, though the exact maker has not been confirmed. The form and finish suggest vintage silverplate.
Perfect styled on a desk, bar cart, kitchen shelf, shop counter, bedside table, or layered into a collected tabletop vignette. It has a wonderful decorative presence even when not in use.
Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related patina, tarnish, surface scratches, small marks, and wear to the plating. Interior mechanism and underside show oxidation/use wear. Functionality should be noted as tested or untested depending on whether it rings clearly.
Estimated age: likely early to mid-20th century.
